XReporter brings client sites, staff schedules, field activity, and quality checks into one private system. Managers configure recurring shifts and monitor today's coverage from a web dashboard. Workers use an installable mobile PWA to view assignments, check in at a job site, complete section-based tasks or scored inspections, and record their time. Reporting connects attendance, work hours, task completion, and inspection results for operational follow-up.

My role
Full-stack architecture and private-client delivery
I designed and built the manager dashboard, worker PWA, APIs, scheduling jobs, data model, and reporting workflows with Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and BullMQ. Client data and internal screens remain private.
