Updated April 11, 2026Canada-wide deliveryRemote-first

Who this is for

  • Individuals running their own OpenClaw instance for personal automation
  • Small teams deploying OpenClaw behind a private gateway
  • Power users hitting model, channel, or gateway errors they cannot trace
  • Businesses integrating OpenClaw into existing internal tools

What's included

Full installation on cloud or self-hosted: dependencies, gateway, reverse proxy
Model provider keys: hosted APIs, local models, fallback chains
Channel configuration: Telegram, Discord, web, custom webhooks
Security hardening: auth, rate limiting, logging, secret rotation
Troubleshooting: startup errors, channel failures, model failovers, memory issues
Custom workflow implementation for domain-specific assistant behaviour

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Pre-setup call

Confirm environment, target channels, model providers, and constraints. Rule out incompatibilities before any install starts.

  2. 02

    Install and configure

Clean install, gateway configuration, model keys, and first channel running end-to-end. Captured as a reproducible setup.

  3. 03

    Hardening

Auth, rate limits, logging, and secret management so the instance is safe to leave running unattended.

  4. 04

    Workflow tuning

Prompt, persona, memory, and tool configuration tuned to your real use case — not left on defaults.

  5. 05

    Handover and support

Documentation of your setup, a runbook for common issues, and optional follow-up support for upgrades and new channels.

FAQs

Can you set up OpenClaw on my machine or server?

Yes. I handle cloud and self-hosted setups, including Linux servers, VPS, and local dev environments. Remote sessions over a secure channel cover the full install and configuration.

Which channels and model providers do you support?

Telegram, Discord, web, and custom webhook channels. For models, hosted APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and local model runners. Fallback chains and failover routing are included where needed.

What if my OpenClaw instance is already broken?

Troubleshooting and repair sessions are a common request. I diagnose startup errors, channel failures, gateway issues, and memory problems, then leave the instance running with a fix that will not regress.

Do you help with long-term maintenance after setup?

Yes. Optional follow-up support for upgrades, new channels, model provider changes, and custom workflow tweaks. No lock-in — only when you need it.
