Every engagement begins with a free discovery call to understand the problem, workflows, and requirements. I then provide a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, milestones, and a quote. Pricing is tailored to the actual project, not fixed menu tiers.
What about language? Do you work in French?
I deliver services in English. For Quebec-based organizations, I work with teams where English is the working language for technical delivery. If your project requires French-language documentation or French-primary communication, please mention that in the initial discovery call so we can confirm fit.
